RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Asiatica will gladly exchange teapots & tea accessories within 14 days of purchase from date of delivery with original receipt. Shipping fees for exchanges to and from our warehouse are at your own expense. Items must be in their original state: unopened and unused. All Asiatica teas are FINAL sale, and cannot be exchanged. Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of ordering, and must be emailed to asiatica.tea@gmail.com.
When exchanging your items, please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item, along with your receipts. Please pack and seal your exchange securely using an insured carrier service.
Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
When will my shipment arrive?
Standard delivery time for all Canadian shipments is approximately 1-7 business days, excluding holidays. For more information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders $ 75 and above across Canada. For all orders under $ 75, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 anywhere in Canada.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the e-mail you provided us with. An additional email containing a tracking will then be sent to you via Canada Post as soon as it ships.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard & American Express credit cards.
What do I do if I receive a broken item?
If your item was damaged during transit, please take a photo and send it within 48 hours to asiatica.tea@gmail.com, along with any additional information. An exchange will be issued for the broken product. Items damaged due to use will not be exchanged.
