Description: The most popular of Chinese black teas, long-term consumption of pu-erh can lead to lower risk in stroke. This full-bodied tea also acts in getting rid of toxins in the body, for helping indigestion, and for removing phlegm from the throat.
Infusion Directions: 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons of tea per 1 litre of water. Good for 3 infusions.
