Commonly known as “fukamushi-cha" in Japan, these green tea sencha leaves are steamed for a longer period of time than your typical sencha, producing a stronger and more deep-body flavoured brew. The prolongation of the steaming procedure is known to remove more of the astringency, leaving you to enjoy nothing but the best in richness and depth of flavour.
